Thorncliffe Skip Hire and Waste Management based in Abergele and Ewloe near Mold have over 1000 skips ranging from 2 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards.  A variety of styles from roll on/off, open top to fully enclosed lockable ones for security and vandal protection.

Both private domestic and commercial business waste including green waste, construction and industrial can be accepted.  Specialist waste requirements such as asbestos can also be managed.  Small and long-term projects can be accommodated with a flexible, proffessional approach to the changing needs of industry in today's waste-oriented environment.

Our new site at Ewloe Barn Industrial Estate is a licenced waste transfer facility which is operated by a compliment of fully trained, accredited and licenced personnel with experience in the waste management business.  Waste is accepted over our state-of-the-art computerised weighbridge at our expanding Ewloe facility or removed from your own premises.

We provide Skip Hire Services to many locations in the Northwest including The Wirral, Wrexham and Chester across to Denbigh, Penmaenmawr and Betws y Coed.  All our Skip Hire services are delivered by proffessional staff with a focus on customer service.

Thorncliffe is one of ten waste management companies who volunteered to participate in the 'Green Compass' pilot project.  We have now been inspected and successfully assessed through the Scheme.  Thorncliffe are spearheading the campaign to promote a more sustainable environment  for Wales and the North West, ensuring a more efficient, effective and measured solution for waste management.

Green Compass is a new scheme that gives anyone disposing of construction waste the certainty it will be collected, checked, recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound fashion. It is the first stage in our goal to make it easier to manage waste.

Initially a pilot project, the fully accredited scheme Green Compass Scheme for Waste Management Companies was launched on 13 July 2009. The Scheme will operate to Publicly Available Specification PAS 402 produced in conjunction with British Standards Institution.
