ONE of the region’s largest independently owned builders’ merchants has launched a new branch at Queensway, Wrexham.
Thorncliffe Building Supplies is open to both trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike.

The new branch offers the full range of Thorncliffe’s core products including building materials, timber, steel, plumbing and heating supplies, as well as skip hire services.

Established in 1987, Thorncliffe’s existing branches are based in Dyserth, Ewloe, Abergele and Rhuddlan.

A key highlight of the Wrexham branch is the introduction of FIBO ready mix concrete, mortar and screed, innovative solutions that make on-site mixing faster, easier and more efficient for both builders and renovators.
The Wrexham branch is now open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturdays from 7am to 12pm.

Adam Harper is the site manager for Thorncliffe’s Ewloe and Wrexham branches.

His father, Tim, started Thorncliffe’s back in 1987 and Adam himself has been part of the business for 18 years.
